SHAME ON MUMBAI CITIZENS. ONLY 41% VOTING WAS REGISTERED. IN THE AFTERMATH OF 26/11 THE CITIZENS ENACTED A GREAT DRAMA BY LIGHTING UP CANDLES IN FRONT OF TV CAMERAS , BOTH NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL. THEY WERE VOICING THEIR CONCERNS AS IF THEY ARE GOING TO BRING ABOUT A REVOLUTION. THEY ABUSED OUR POLTICIANS AND LEADERS. BUT NOW THERE IS NOT MUCH TO CHOSE BETWEEN THE MUMBAI CITIZENS AND THE CORRUPT POLTICIANS. MUMBAIKARS HAVE ONLY PROVED THEY VOTE ONLY FOR REALITY TV SHOWS LIKE ROADIES, INDIAN IDIOLS, ETC. THEY ARE BUSY CONCERNED WITH HINDI TV SERIALS THAN ABOUT THE AFFAIRS OF THE NATION. AFTER EVERY TERROR ATTACK TV CHANNELS PRAISE MUMBAI FOR ITS BRAVERY OF CARRYING ON. THAT IS WRONG. THE ACTUAL FACT IS THAT IT IS A CITY OF SELFISH, HEARTLESS CITIZENS.

X or Y, Mumbaiites are now aware that their prayer and luck alone helps on the security, from what happened during and after the 26/11.. so why bother to go and waste your precious vote, in the scorching sun!! It can go to only help the fortunes of some one and not to help changing the fate of the voter in Mumbai! It is all crap to talk about cowardice, when sensibility is what counts!!

Think this .. who Karnataka is voting for: Bangalore: Live luxuriously, whatever be the cost. That seems to be the mantra of ministers in the Yeddyurappa government. What else would explain the whopping Rs 3 crore cost to the state exchequer on renovating their bungalows. The amount was largely spent on furniture and fittings for their official bungalows located in the prime localities. All this was done in spite of massive renovation work carried out by the previous Kumaraswamy government at a cost of Rs 7.14 crore. Rules stipulate that each minister is entitled to spend Rs 10 lakh on furnishing the official accommodation over a period of five years. According to information obtained from an RTI filed by social activist Bheemappa Gundappa Gadad, Yeddyurappa tops the list of 34 ministers who spent huge amounts on refurnishing. When he took over as CM, he decided to make changes in the Race Course Road residence that he occupied as deputy CM in the Kumaraswamy government. Yeddyurappa decided to change the interiors, especially the furniture. The cost: Rs 56 lakh. This is in addition to the Rs 30 lakh he spent on the same house, as deputy CM. Though Anugraha is the designated residence for the CM, he continues to stay in the Race Course residence. So both the houses are at his disposal though he hardly visits Anugraha. Higher education minister Arvind Limbavalli has spent the least amount at Rs 5,330.

BJP's Naqvi commented about a rally against politicians. He told that just by putting powder and lips stick on the face and holding candle lights the protestors did not become great crusaders ! Womenfolks were up in arms against his comments. How true his comments are. It cannot be called a cosmopolitan / metro city like Mumbai polled around 42% votes !!

My dear why sham on mumbaikar, People lost faith on politicians. In center only one of the 2 party comes that is congress or BJP.
Mumbai does not have any other choice.. Then What to do...
Even if we VOT any indipendent candidate after result it join the party which gives more money and more power...
Instead of voting who ever rule the gov.. Get the work done by doing morcha...
If they don't work for us start through stone and chapples on them..

I think they should make Priyanka's kids as the PM and all congress leaders should go to take the kids' blessings 5 times a day to continue looting the country.
Advani is somew what correct in holding election in February month just ahead of Budget presentation.Election commisssion should appluy their brians.It is said that two heads are better than one. Unfortunately we have THREE HEADS(of Cong-I)but things are bad and decision making is also appalling.
