Treat non-believers, apostates, artists,musicians,jews and women as human beings first,
that hand will be chopped off.you know whose symbol represents the hand and why they are taking it as offence .because with that same hand the psycophants clean the shoes of the gandhi family.
He is saying only those who tries to harm Hindus their hand will be cut in to pieces...those who are against Varun has intention to harm hindus in feature so they are feared of their hand...

To protect Hindus who are working abroad, first thing has to be done is to make India a strong country, then Hindu nation and then these christian and muslim countries will be afraid to harm Hindus. Constitution is not like holy book of God's words. It can be changed.
