Congress made many millionairs, thats true. Every Congressman became millionairs.
But they made 160 million Indians poooer and now 350 million Indian live below poverty line.

OECD and World bank say that the Government gave higher figures. Right Now the Government is saying 6.9% and actually the GDP is 3.9%.
