Kala Bandar name sounds very racist. I heard a couple of jokes while in school. One north indian guy called a southie kallu. The south Indian guy called him coconut. He explained, North Indians are also brown but inside, they think they are white like a coconut :) WASP, the white anglo saxon people think, even Italians as black.

May be you are and looks like you are proud of it. Good for you. But this name can offend others. So think about changing it. Atleast your name is letting others notice you. Also now you know that even europeans from the south are called blacks and nig*ers by the North. Whatever makes you happy.
