no one stopped hindus making babies... infact, more babies will result in low standard of living... and, the countries u mentioned to compare are not SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC. u cant stop making people making babies... grow up.
See how well dawood's chelas do in India. That too in the state where so called followers of Shivaji rule the streets. The person who claimed "crime never pays" never lived in the developing India.
