congrats to the rediff team for compilation of the election results, which i believe must've been a daunting task for various reasons. here i'd like to point out to an error. the tally for the bjp is 7, which should be 9.so bjp won not 7 but 9 seats. i hope the mistake is rectified.
It is the clear indication of peopele accepted and happy with the ruling INC in India. Also it proves that the BJP is not a national party as such there is no presence (countable level) in many of indian states from Tamil Nadu to Kashmir including AP, Assam etc.
Finally, the BJP should change its idealogy from Hindutva to National Integerity irrespective of religion and caste & greed.
It's very good to see that rediff.com is not acting like other news channels and ignoring the eastern states. We would like to see more articles from these states. It's only the media that can help bridge the divide and clear misunderstandings. Keep it up!
this is an eye opener for bjp that they stop their harrassing attitude towards minorities as they are almost getting wiped out from county.stop entertaining rss and bajrang dal and act as a responsible political party and forget hindhtua fanda.act as responsible opposition if thye want to survive in this country.we want peace and united india we dont need more jinnahas.
