* Who should be voted for stability on May 10?

Our Prime Minister is a sadhu manush" Vegetable dealer Mr.Sau said.

Again CPI-M and Congress desperate bid to form government at the Centre is like "the devil quoting the scripture". Political uncertainty, no doubt, is an investors nightmare. It becomes important that the electorate makes an informed decision as to who should be voted to power.
At the same time, in the other two years 1996 & 1998, political instability was a reality.
Every non-congress governments, was toppled on flimsiest grounds by the Congress.
While the real GDP growth in FY97 was over 8%, one of the highest ever in the history of the country, it fell to 4.3% in the succeeding year.

During years 1991 & 1999 when the populace voted for stable governments at the Centre, the stock markets rallied. Political uncertainty is an investors nightmare.
