apropos to your article wherein srk has exhorted everyone to stand up for secularism . pray where , may one ask was this talk of love for the country when he changed his statement in the dawood case where he had said he had recieved threats . also , if he was really a secular icon , he should have named his son "krishna " or such a typically hindu name . Mr.khan , please stick to your acting . people who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others !
I completely agree with Shah Rukh. Lets all ditch this futile communalism and seperetism and support each other. If thats done, it wont take much long for India to be a super power. The 'India Shining' campaign may have been initiated for polital reasons; but lets now make it a reality.
I dont understand where was Mr. SRK "The King Khan" when Gujarat riots happened. It has become very fashonable for Actors/Actresses to give bad statements about India in foriegn press. First, Preity Zinta wrote some article in BBC online about male domination in india, now SRK talking about religion.
They dont voice their opnion in indian press when something significant happens, but they are ready to do India bashing in foriegn press.
Its people like us, who should be perturbed by reading Statements made by SRK's and Ms. Zinta's
