one joker says that World cup should have eliminator qualifier etc, to benefit the top 2 teams. What more evil should ODI cricket import from formats T20, IPL etc. One evil imported - Super over has already cost desering NZ a shared world cup. ??

Rule seems BIT CONFUSING & UNFAIR - -

If a number 10 batsman gets injured how can he be
substituted by 12th man who may be a specialist batsman
if allowed to bat ??
