I fully agree with Rajkumar Nahata. The SC has no right to suggest or interfere in any organization for that matter. Allow the BCCI to follow their rules and regulations as to whom they should appoint next. Ratnakumar

Court knows its limits. It can appoint a interim President during pendancy of the investigation. It can even disband the private club called BCCI due to unethical practices and allowing conflict of interest to this proportion. And yes, if executives have taken prompt actions court need not have to intervene like this, it is the failure of executives that now have to taken care by SC.
