Raman Lamba died in Bangladesh the same way, the media didn't pay a heed at that moment just because he was an Indian. He was a far greater cricketer on the Indian subcontinent soils.

its coz of there is no value in india for Sports person,they will take it seriously, but in European country's they respect their valuable players.but here we are giving preference to our corrupted politicians only..thts the difference..!

Mr Sandeep u r right abt raman lamba... even in this incident, nobody remembered him.. he was a dashing batman but unfortunately cud not play to his potential ever.. hit on the chest by ball and died in field... yah...

If I remember right, Raman Lamba was hit on the head when he was fielding in Leg Slip. It was the last ball of the innings & he had just removed his helmet after the previous ball.
