Court has allowed srini to take charge of BCCI in full force when his son in law is charged in spot fixing. when it comes to high court/supreme court judges -on flimsy grounds these judges recuse themselves(may be indicating their interest indirectly) to brother judges to go slow. why they are not applying to BCCI chief. They should know these half politicians will never recuse themselves in any manner.
Sir, I’m amazed why any of the political parties has still not spotted this vastly talented resource : goal-creator, strategy- formulator, media-manager, attack-deflector, opposition-decimator, cash-producer, multi-tasker and above all, conscience-keeper? I’m sure there can be anyone more suited than you. But then, can anyone of risk it……..in no time, you’ll be heading the very party!
mr srinivasan you can do your job with conscience since you did not bet or fix matches...we need a strong personality like you in charge of bcci and that will be very good for indian cricket and also cricket in general...my best wishes...

he did not do betting or matchfixing...and the ones who do do not bother who is the president...betting is a human vice or quality and it will happen no matter who is in charge...so just removing srinivasan will not stop betting or fixing....betting will continue whether it is dalmia or modi or shukla or sriivasan or gavaskar or kumble or kpail dev at the top of bcci etc...
similaraly whether it is indira gandhi or sonia or rahul or advani or lalu or nitish or narendra modi,,,does not matter who becomes PM corruption will continue...
We must all appreciate Mr Srinivasan’s call of conscience : “I stand for what I do”! Now it is apparent that it was his conscience only which prompted him to tweak rules for owning CSK as BCCI Official; again following same principles, he changed BCCI Constitution so that he can get ‘nominated’ for a 2nd term only by South Zone; same righteousness directed him to declare Guru as a mere ‘cricket enthusiast’ in the wake of fixing controversy and with same scruples, he disowned him after Mumbai HC verdict . His commitment to ethical conduct all through should see him ride unscathed through the turbulent times!

Very well summed up, but 'his commitment to ethical conduct' makes me wonder whether the person has any conscience!
