But there is no room for unlawful activities, especially in sports. If we do not give strict punishment then such things will go on continue. So do not allow CSK to play in final and also cancel their second position reward. Or keep it in suspense account till the court verdict.
no.they should continue to play.if that fraud gurunath involves what players who are honest will do. if gurunath has been involved he should severely punished.
everything is fixed. nothing to rely as genuine. ban ipl. n cant allow fixer mayappan's team csk to play. team owner asking his capt dhoni to act as per his whims. dhoni is made vice president in their company, asked to play for corporate trophy.
IPL is an entertainment. The match should be played.The final results should be MI No.1 and RR No.2. CSK should not be given any position even if they win or loose as a punishment.
I think it will be better to allow in this season to complete the tournament, because only final is remaining. I don't consider any other things. But immediately after the final it should be expel from the tournament as its CEO involved in scam. There should be no place for such a team. It should be a lesson to other teams. In RR only players involved. But for CSK it is in another dimension. So CSK should be out of IPL
the very fact that players like jadeja and raina keep hitting sixes in ipl and never in international matches should be linked with fixing. in fact it is quite possible tgat they can knoe that at which spot ball is going to pitch.they can fix this.
It is Clearly being seen in Mumbai how they got out for 70odd runs nd was that Justifiable????? to their status...infact the whole Chennai Team should b disqualify it is Just because it Belongs to the Board President they are prevailing else any other team would had been Disqualify to play the Final uptill now...so the same Fate should be for Chennai nd Mahendra Singh Dhoni ,who is Flying very ver High can also be question for many things...
Rules is rules... if IPL Rules book says that if owner or management representative of Team Owner involve in batting or match-fixing, Franchise right can be terminated with immediate effect...
Now why no action for CSK..? 1. Because it owns by N Srinivasan (sure if it would own by other, N Srinivasan would have canceled final and discontinue franchise right) 2. Fear of loosing money to sponsor, tv channel etc 3. No morality or accountability in any of IPL comity member of BCCI member (remember - Arun Jately was asking resignation of Pawan Bansal and hold parliament session but he is not speaking any thing against N Srinivasan on very similar case)
