Kris Sriknath should not lose his temper on media.
Infact after every selection he can call a press meet and explain the same

Sachin, you are really lucky
by Sanath kumar on Mar 01, 2012 03:14 PM  | Hide replies

What a surprise ! Sachin is again selected. Whatever happened to Indian cricket, no problem ? Our image is beaten outside in England and Australia, is it not sufficient ? Shameless Sachin and BCCI. I feel so bad. Better bring back Chandu Borde (he wants to score a century against Bldesh) and Bapu Nadkarni (he too can be given more chances to bowl maiden overs still in Asia Cup). Cheekka says, it is for future India, you Chief Selector, are you talking consciously ? Pl don't be a joker !

Well - Srikanth for a change is right. Media need to have decorum too. You cannot ask same question 100 times as if its a court investigation.

What you need to know has been told couple of times. You are reporters sent to cover a addressing. If your questions is answered, you report it as a fact. As i see it, Cricket reporters have been sitting on higher pedestal talking nonsense on telly and writing some seriously self-appraised stuff. As much as our team is bad, you guys need to change for better and get a take on how u work. Well done sri - for a change

corrupt selectors
by bumbachikki on Mar 01, 2012 03:00 PM  | Hide replies

sure, these dishonest selectors are getting money from the super stars. why else would they continue to select them in spite of non-performance. Besides, all chennai super kings players have been selected inspite of poor performance. crooked bcci chief and crooked selectors. Anna hazare take note.

get the facts!

I am amused by the depth of the knowledge of the writer! He talks as if tendulkar never scored outside india! Please go back to 1996 and see the way he belted the SA attack in johanesseberg, the aussies in their home ground! He doesnt need flat pitches! Further what about the aussies, how they played in SA recently when they got out for a score of 49? They couldnt handle philander & co! Every nation currently is a tiger at home and lamb elsewhere! Even the famed Lllyod and Co came a cropper in Australia, and the mighty IVA richards has a poor show in his trips to Australia! Best of all, currently commentators, media scribes are those who havent played any decent cricket, but write what they feel like without analyses! Sehwag needs to share the blame for the debacle! He has time and again thrown the wicket and put the team in to misery! At hobart he gave a decent start of 50 and see the end result! Again to this result, the all knowing media writes, india was able to win because it was a flat pitch! Come on flat or dead pitch the pressure of scoring at 8 per over for 40 overs is huge! If the indian pitches are so flat why is that england lost 5-0 recently and no team including the aussies have been able to win series in india in the recent past?

nice to c u batting for tendu but when it comes to sehwag ur knowledge is as good as the writer. u talk abt tendu's innings of 1996 but u forget abt the 2 175 plus innings which sehwag has lasst year.
