Will the fans learn? There is life outside cricket. It is matter of time others will whup us hollow. After all, only few countries take this game seriously. Already Sri Lanka is breathing down our necks with two percent of our population.
They dont have these in other teams... 1) Multimillion dollar advt contracts for cricketers even before they play two tests. 2) Large fan following (crores turn out) 3) Hero worshipping of cricketers akin to Bollywood stars 4) Cricket is not considered as a religion 5) Cricketers are not considered as Gods 6) No premium attached to Cricket as a sport
When you have everything above going in your favour in a country with a billion people, you have to face the heat Mr Sehwag.. its not quite like other countries..
You see nothing happens if our tennis, hockey or football teams fail and nothing happens even if they succeed - so there lies the difference.

for all the 6 points cricketers are not responsible. india never managed to win a test series in Aus,SA. No top team has such a bad record. So i dont buy sehwags comment it happens to every team
