May be it is time to consider the Indian team without the greats, like Rohit Sharma in place of Laxman and where is Cheteswar Poojara may be a good replacement for Rahul, persist them even if they fail as we had done with the greats in their early days. Try to put some faith on Ajinkya Rahane in place of veteran Gautham as some rest will rejuvenate him as he is essential for Indian team plans.
We have seen that there has been unnecessary and unwarranted comments and opinions about the Team in the media. And may be because of this over presentation, many a occasions, the team could not live up to expectations. just leave them to their task.
I just stopped following TV news on Team India once the team disappointed in the first innings (214 for 3 to be all out less than 300) at the MCG. Later, when I saw the TV clippings, it was shocking to see the way our GREATS got out. Except a couple of them, all the GREATS got out of poor deliveries. I did not find any of them being WICKET TAKING DELIVERIES. We played poor cricket (they batted as if there was no tomorrow or like T20 match) and embraced defeat. It was not because of GREAT BOWLING OF AUS but due to poor batting of India that we lost the match

Not bad, but why do we have Laxman in the squad. Despite being send to Australia, few days before others departed - for adjusting to the climates and what ever reason it maybe, he had failed in both the innings. He may have great record against Aus, but only performance speaks. He is a true great. No doubt, but time has come.

looks good indeed, only one mistake replace V.Shewak with V. Sehwag :)
Too much effort must not be given as the series will end 4-0 in favour of Aussies. India team management only pray for a century of Sachin and then he should be rested in view of his next world ODI world cup.
