Right,In last 7 odis he scored 143 runs and in the last 8 Overseas Test he was a failure ,but he knows his job better than anyone.
Sehwag could have been a threat in Asia Cup... Dropping him based on his out of form is unfortunate... Y Ravindra Jadeja, Rohit Sharma and Aswin are in the team? They should be dropped...

Srikanth should be removed as chairman.Why gave chance to Tendulkar,Jadeja,Rohit Sharma. They were non-performers.Chances should be given to new comers.Atlast they had a gut to drop Sehwag. It seems they are afrtaid to drop Sachin.Selectors pl see the country first then the persons.

It is not bcus of that... They are giving him a chance to score his 100th ton. After that he may retire.. Let us hope so...
He should be the first player to be kicked out. Shamelessly clinging in the team based on past performance. Biased media is greatly responsible for the hype around him.

Even his pathetic present performance is far better the performance of the rest of the IPL bald-grassless-lifeless-flatpitch superstars!!
Selectors have done good thing by Giving more chances to Rohit,jadeja and Raina, these guys have immense talent and they should be given more chances. Sehwag is not a class player and he is the reason for the feud in the team so he is dropped. Sachin inclusion is also justified as he has shown glimpses of his form in the last match. I thank the selectors for picking up the best 16 players.

How long selectors will give chance to these players? They should be sent back to play Ranji matches first... Sehwag is not a class player. But remember one thing, Indias winning percentage in tests increased just bcus of Sehwags ferocious batting style... This is not bcus of Dhoni or even Master blaster Sachin...

Sehwag doesnt use his mind, he has no footwork he just score run due to his hand eye coordination which works only on flat tracks, whereas other players are the future of India so they need to be given more chances

bro jadeja is a talented cricketer, he got MOM award for his performance in T20 against Australia, he is a very good spin bowler and a hard hitting batsman in addition to a excellent fielder, thats why in this year IPL auction, he is in scheme of thing of every team and sold at a highest bid.
This man commets so much on others but not Sachin's regular failure why? If anyother Crickter had flopped as much as Sachin flopped fro ex.Dravid, imaginbe his comments!!
He should enough courage to say Drop Sachgin as his days are over! See somehow Sachin will score now and then will be in next world cup!!

the same people criticised him in 2007 world cup for not performing against Bangladesh why.... if the Bangladesh is such a bad side. further, sachin average against Austrlia, england, westindies and srilanka is one of the best where is the point that he does not score against good sides

So what is wrong. An opposition is an opposition. If SRT has to score his 100 tons only against teams other than Bangladesh and Zimbabwe, then his tally would be only 80 Centuries. Have not other great players of other countries scored heavily against Bangladesh, Have we discounted those efforts. Ofcourse we are all disappointed that he has not scored a century in the past 3 series but that does not take away the fact he had scored 99 earlier, most of them against quality attack.

Isn't that a defeatist attitude? Even Australia came through the back door in one of WC they had won by tieing the match with SA. You should be happy atleast at this stage, India team gave itself a chance to qualify. And praying is alone going to get a team qualify. It is really in the hands of SL now. Their form on that day will prove to be the deciding point.
