Sachin has always played well against Pakistan & he should be given enough chances so that he comes into the form before the Pakistan series. This series is not as important as the forthcoming series with Pakistan. We need to show the Pakistanies their place.

Yes he has given his whole life to the country, fought battles at kargil and saved innocents of lives from terrorists, wat a great achievment. he has made money for his 10 generations, opened restaurants, signed multi millin contracts worth crores 15 years back....!! 15- 20 crores today is big money imagine making tat kind of money tat time !! Plus he gets rajya sabha nomination, doesnt attend rajya sabha, He has always been diplomatic never spoken out like ganguly , never ever supported any team memeber or groomed any youngster.... He has only made money for himself and his family and is still greedy for money as he knows ones he retires the endorsments will reduce (like dravid & ganguly- do u see them now in any ads..? ) pls use ur brains (non existant as tey may be ) ....and pls no talk abt sachin giving whole life for country and stuff.

not only sachin but all indians except 1 or 2 are played well in 1 or 2 matches. so all indian team is very week. so the other party is very strong. so there is no mistake of sachin only . i think he should play and score 50,000 runs in one day and taste that no one can break his record all the best sachine

You better recall K Shrikkant to head the selection committee to do all changes you are suggesting. Kohli is the best young batsman not only in our Country but considered so all over world. A couple of failure should not rule him out and include some Ranji players to replace him. Except perhaps Sachin who retained more because of reputation all others are in good form. Awana's selection is interesting.
jadeja-another frm CSK.actually this is india cement team. no one can imagine to retain captaincy after 0-4,0-4 in away & now faliure in home also. whatever india earn in last decade all r thrown by dhoni-srinivasan pair.

Can you suggest one name to replace Dhoni as Captain? You may not be following cricket. Jadeja was selected because of his batting form. He scored 300 plus twice in this season. He also spins which is advantage for India.

Why Dhoni can not be replaced as captain? Sehwag or Gambhir can be given the task. Dhoni does not have the right attitude to play Tests.
This young brigade of Dhoni is useless bunch of people. Even they could not play on Indian pitches. Let the selection committe call the walls of indian cricket like Rahul dravid, VVS Lakshman. At least they can push for draws instead of humiliating defeats.

Not a bad idea to call back Rahul Dravid if he agrees ofcourse. You may be in for a surprise for the next series team selection with a batting collapse again in Nagpur if it happens.

It would be a backward move, though Dravid or Laxman are better Test players any time than Yuvraj/Kohli at their best! The middle order is brittle. Nagpur win/loss will depend on how Sehwag will fare, especially in the 1st innings! believe it or not, that's what decided at Eden Gardens also. If he had batted for 3 hrs in the 1st day, India could not have lost the 3rd Test.

And if he indeed is playing well (as in this series better than Kohli and in Eden better than Pujara) then why should he not play?
