i cannot deny his statement that Sachin & Dravid cannot finish the game...they are just good players but not match winners, particularly ODIs..But i dont think Sachin was not afraid of any fast bowlers right from his start..he never sees the pace at which the bowler bowls..he watches line & length a bowler bowls at him!!

i think akthar is right and wrong in patches. wen he says that sachin doesnt hav the art of finishing matches he is right here. where as in dravid's case he is completely wrong.

Akhtar alone is good and everyone else is bad? What conceit? He may be good in patches but others are even better? Tendulkar is a whole man,a perfect sportsman.No one can last so long in top level ports as he has done?He and Dravid are Stars of India?After all they are also human beings?We must learn to be kind and considerate?
True Sachin and Dravid are not good batsmen at all, they are not match winners, they can score runs and entertain cricket lovers when the opponent team lacks quality bowlers. True, Shoib Akhtar is the best bowler and could terrorise any batsmen and win matches single handedly.
But my dear friend, the records speak otherwise.
Even great batsmen like Garrifield Sobers, Clive Lloyd, Vivian Richards, Gavaskar, Viswanath, Richard Hadlee, Lara, Ponting, Steve & Mark Wagh, Kapil Dev and several others also had times when they could not face less fierceful bowlers. Every player has a bad patch but does not mean they lack stuff.
Shoib Akthar, according to me is neither a good cricketier nor a person of gentle nature. His behaviour on and off the field are the testimony to this statement. It is better he emulates the fine example of his fellow countrymen like Imran Khan, Sarfaraz Nawaz, Intikab Alam, Wasim Akram who never make any controversial comments.

Shoibs thinks that Sachin and Dravid r not good finishers.Tendulkar and dravid bat higher up nad they build the innings.You dont expect thtm to to remain till the end always.Do all forgt prctcally all world cup matches with pak ttendulkar has plaed exceptionally.The famous match where sachi made 97 of just 60 or 70 balls.The dravid playeed jem of an annings.Last WC match too he scored 85 though a bit chancy that gave India a good score,And reg fearig his bowling no bats man likes fast bowling but Dravid and sachin r best equiped batsman against real pace along with Mark Waugh Lara Inzaman and Alistr Cook.And mind u Akram ,Waquar,Aquib javedand Imran were any time better bowlers than Shoeb.So donot give much value to his thoughts.
