We all Indian are fool because we expect more than ability of our players. In three matches England/SA/WI we enable to play 50 overs. Moreover we cannot defend 338, 297 runs. While other teams defend less than 200 runs.

It is good for India team to give walk over against Australia and better to run away from battle on ground otherwise one more defeat to be added in our record books.

Sachin record ODI 33 centuries out of 48 contributed to win

these many centuries many established batsman
have not scored in life time in all forms of game.

ODI matches won when Sachin scored between 90 and 99
Century does not matter even these number records are more than
total centuries scored by many good ODI batsmen in world cricket.

95 v Pakistan 1998
98 v Pakistan 2003
97 v Sri Lanka 2003
93 v Sri Lanka 2005
95 v Pakistan 2006
93 v South Africa 2007
99 v England 2007
94 v England 2007
97 v Pakistan 2007
91 v Australia 2008
96* v Sri Lanka 2009 ODI

To summarize there are 33 ODI matches
Sachin scored century and India won

11 times when Sachin scored between 90 and 99a nd India won

13 other times Sachin scored 80 to 89 and India won

so 24 times even without scoring century India won

And these all 57 long match winnings That too at strike rate of 99.38

these many centuries many established batsman gave not scored in life time in all forms of game.

Ponting never faced Mcgrath Lee Warne bot enjoyed Nehra.. etc

No need to paste the same full page cliche again and again. It is like all the time rejoicing with 1983 world victory 27 years back.

Talk about this world cup.

Why should he be retained in team
by Arjun Dutta on Mar 22, 2011 12:46 PM  | Hide replies

Pointing has been a non-performer in the last 1 year. He is just a shadow of his past and well past his prime. If he is not captain, he doesnot merit a place in this line up.

Pointing in 36 now, while tendulkar was 32. Yet he scored runs changing his batting style, which we didn't like as it was un-Tendulkar like.

We are only supporting the best team in this sport i.e. Oz. They have the game.

Why would we support a team that has its base in corruption and treats Indian cricket loving public as a milch cow for money..

The actual cricket loving public is treated like an orphan. The game in India is played to fill BCCI coffers.

The game feeds only those people who can make it to the top and has got nothing for the countless other people who get to play cricket.

Indians don't have a liking towards Cricket except that they want their team to win.. How can a cricket team win, when the team itself is made up from the corrupt administration.. The cricketers only goal is to make money and nothing else.
