John Embury is average cricketer . Swan is yet to prove his class against India . Even our mediocre spineer Piyush chawala has five wicket haul against Australia in practice game .India had problem against Mendis because of his carrom ball but they never had problem against Murali who turns ball more then swan . English batsmen will also get favor against Harbhajan or Mishra .

Oh, forgot about Emburey. His career bowling average in tests is 38.4 and against India it becomes 42.25
Sachin and Dhoni are opposing this? They are not above ICC. If they dont like it, they can opt out of this series..though this may sound uncomfortable to some people including me, I have to say the truth. i dont care.

ICC is not listening to Sachin or Dhoni but to BCCI. These two expressed their views and that happened to be the view of BCCI. As much as Embury has the reason why India doesn't want to have DRS, BCCI has too their views. The recent example of World Cup against same English team showed how DRS can mislead the decision. If BCCI and England finally decides to have DRS, I am sure both Sachin and DHoni can't do much but will have to play - they don't need to drop out of the series for such decision from both boards.

If the series is an ICC hosted event then all boards should follow the UDRS rules. This is a bilateral series and ICC has clearly said it's up to the boards to use it, so there is no rule or fear. Think before you post...
Whether it is BCCI, ACCI. Every country should follow the ICC rules. it should not stand along with BCCI as it reject DRS System. Tomorrow BCCI will say there will be no need for ODI and test match. IPL is enough. ICC should not follow BCCI and other IS

Exactly...If allowed free, BCCI will say IPL itself is enough. Idiots of BCCI should be hanged.

It is ICC that made the decision of agreement from both boards required for using DRS in a match between those countries. BCCI just expressed their view and this doesn't mean this series is not going use the DRS right away but British board also have to agree for it. If they don't come to same decision, ICC's rule will be applied and DRS will be used.
Many bad decisions were given against Sachin and our other great batsmen. DRS could have helped them win more matches especially against countries like England and Australia where the umpires seemed to be biased. International media would consider this as negative against Indian cricket team. DRS would minimize any bias in the umpiring decisions. BCCI should show the world cricket that we are not scared of these rules and we are indeed number one.
BCCI goes with shout system. when bowler shouts to much , the umpire will give out for not out decision. If DRS is rejected . they will play all politics in the team, and they can save the team member who is given more money and related to the party
LOL mr Emburey. Indians are the worlds best players of spin. Look at how Warne was treated by India, while he made a career terrorising clueless Englishmen and Southafricans! India is the world No1 and gonna win this series for sure, with or wothout UDRS. And BCCI has got it spot on for objecting to DRS. Cricket dosent need interruptions, and anyway we have seen many times with close catches and stumpings that even super slomo dosent give a clear picture. Its time ECB understands this and fall in line with BCCI.

Those so called best players will be exposed against Swann and if DRS is used even more so. Shame on you SAchin and Dhoni
dhoni is scared to use it. its funny, coz he is keeper. he is in best position to judge to go for review. and he fails almost every time. but if he avoids, he will never learn.
