Dhoni & all his close frirnds raina, Yuvi, bhajji, nehra, praveen, RP etc are big mouth. No performance but keep talking. They all continue in team beacuse of dhoni politics.
Re: What is the retirment age for Tendulkar
by Sudheeran Kakkamaniyil on Feb 09, 2011 01:07 PM
what is your problem yar? if he is scoring, then let him play. age is not a problem, main concern is whether he is scoring runs or not. you people are negative, thats why this type of comments are coming.

Why Should he retire, he is still in Top 5 in cricket rating. Its performance and not age the criteria. Get your basics right before creating noise.

by arvin g on Feb 11, 2011 07:04 AM
he is not in top 5 but # 1 in the world at present as for test cricket is concerned... as for 1-dayers he is not in top 10 coz he did not play for almost a year and every match he does not play he loses points in ranking...
He is fantastic player and match finisher for India. He has won many matches for India. He just needs to be more mature now. Sometimes his approach looks very casual. I don't want one more Sehwag in the side. Try to adjust your game according to situation. Sometime staying on wicket is more important than quick scoring.

Sometimes a 30 runs can be match winning rather than a 100. He has won many matches for India.

Any player if given a chance after 20-30 failure also, he will defintely score 2 hundred & few fiftys on Indian flat track. He is lucky to have close friend dhoni who knows only politics
Re: S.Raina........

I agree Raina is fantastic. But then, what is the dividing line between a. not selfish versus b. staying in the wicket for longer. It is a tough call, so Raina is balancing that tough decision very well.
IN 2006 WHEN HE SCORED HIS FIRST FIFTY AGAINST ENGLAND AS 18 YR OLD BOY,CRITICS STARTED TO COMPARE HIM TO GOD,THE ONE AND ONE ONLY SACHIN TENDUAKR...HE HAS NOT EVEN ACHEIVED 10 PERCENT OF WHAT SACHIN HAS ACHEIVED..JUST BECAUSE RAINA IS DHONI'S UNDERWEAR,HE'S GETTING CHANCES.......
As Dhobi starts playing politics like Dada he deserves to be shunted out along with the mouthful Srikanth and Co. Some level headed person like Ghambir should be made captain after WC. Then if Dhobi underperforms he can be replaced as keeper also.
Raina, Ojha, Dhoni, Chawla, Ishant are all very ordinary players and are over-rated players. These players from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar and their own media claims that they are the only players playing for the country and other players are selfish. How many players we can remember from this States who have substaintially contributed to Indian cricket in past 75 years.

Those 75 years of hard laboured work has made India #1... Not Raina or Dhoni.... They have done nothing... compared to what Gavaskar, Kapil, Amarnath, Tendulkar, Dravid, Kumble etcc.. did in the past..

what do you mean that dhoni raina etc. practiced for 75 years and then finally could make india no. 1?
Re: Re: Raina
by ASHISH KUMAR on Feb 10, 2011 12:15 PM
India reached test ranking one- courtsey 100% from Sachin, Dravid, laxman, kumble, zaheer, sehwag & not even 1% role of dhobi & any of his chamcha. So no contribution from Bihar/UP player in achieving 1. Correct your basic first mr Purani jeans. BTW I am from bihar but fed up with dhobi politics

ashish kumar, people like dhoni try to redeem the image of bihar but people like you again bring it down.
Thanks that people like dhoni are from bihar. bihar got badnaam in the first place because of people like you ashiskumar.
