maybe the west indies series was a learning experience for him and that is why he is doing well now. it would be good to see him as 3rd choice opener for india

I too wondering.. How he s able to score in A tours n struggle a lot in the international matches.. With him n Vijay failing to grab chances, Parthiv seems to be the only reliable reserve opener.. BBut he too scores attractive 30s n 40s only.. We may struggle to find a team for next WC!!! That too to play in Australian conditions..
