IPL is just a game like English Country Cricket. Let any team win. Why we should fight for it. If India as a team loses we can ask questions. IPL is just a league game.

Loosing always make loose interest my chennau buddy..Please wait for the next match..Chennai Kings are not tough enough to battle with Kochi Tuskers
A Maharajah was traveling in a train for the first time and that too in last compartment.
Maharajah feels his compartment so Vibrating and ask the Train master the reason. He said its becuase of last compartment. The very next Day Maharajah ordered there should not be any more last compartment in a train..
Dhoni had more than 7 overs when the match was shorted to 17 Overs. So his statement about last 3 over is Childish

I am happy that Dhoni's team has lost the match and will be happy if his team is out of the tournament...

hehe. His statement that mahela agreed with which you don't get. Well continue with your BS. What he is trying to say is their plans got completely upset as they had to start again. And if you watched the match without a colored mind, kochi bowled really well. Dhoni was trying to slog and not connecting in that RP over. You guys assume bowlers are there to be hit. Period.

u must be sachin;s fan. ask sachin the reasons for his defeat, he will also give similar reasons. at least dhoni was honest many times

That excuse has no merit. It affects the team batting first, but he had no excuse in wasting 10 deliveries and then making that comment. He should have thrown his bat around when he knew that Chennai will not get bowled out in 17 overs. Afterall preserving wickets did not add anything significant through D/L, that he could have worked out with the ready reckoners, if he had any doubt.

U r speaking as if he dint play any shot n simply defended or well left all the deliveries bowled at him.. Funny!! He just dint connect with the slogs and its not his fault.. Just dint work out today!!

hehe. Well that does not matter to Jay his agenda being hate. RP bowled a gem of an over. The bouncers were awesome. All credits to RP.

I don't hate, but Dhoni is overrated because of paid media which is biased because of commercial sponsors. Dhoni has evolved to a great ODI batsman, no doubt. But whenever he promotes himself ahead of regular batsmen because of pressures from sponsors, it is always doomed (World cup is among exceptions). There are many youngsters around who can toy with RP's bowling. Under the circumstances, Morkel is getting underused.

lol.Whatever. When you ever get to a point to understand leadership skills, you will get it. Till then keep imagining things.

THIS IS JUST AN EXAPAMLE...
People....what to say about doni...he played 13 balls and 11 balls were dot balls in final overs...and that too deleiveries from his close friend RP Singh... Doni's plan ....1.come up the order and waste balls as much as possible and keep strike away from other batsman and hit a 4 or 6 in last ball to get to deceive the crowd...2.Bring morkal in first 3 overs and give practice to opponenents to hit 4 s and 6 's...3.whenever opposition is struggling to score...help them by bringing in bowlers who are already struggling... Good ploy for doni for the money he might have taken from other team owners for losing matches....

Come on, do not be fooled by media. The same media talked about leadership skills of Laloo and with the power of money they got the world accepted it. Now you know the truth.
So, do not go by media. Anyway I am not comparing Dhoni and Laloo. Dhoni is not a great batsman as he is made to look like, especially in T20 and Tests.
Re: KOCHI ---- ZERO TO HERO!!!

I think the first two players are key for Kochi. If they are gone Kochi is gone 70%
Re: KOCHI ---- ZERO TO HERO!!!
by ROBY STEPHEN on Apr 19, 2011 12:35 PM
The only reason. No Sreesanth in the team. Both the matches Sans Sreesanth, the Tuskers won comfortably.
Re: KOCHI ---- ZERO TO HERO!!!

Awesome isnt it ? A team of players nobody wanted other than maybe mahela. They are kicking butt.
Re: Re: KOCHI ---- ZERO TO HERO!!!
by nizar tp on Apr 19, 2011 12:55 PM
Yep. Ravi Shastri even announced sachin as " Man of the match" after MI batting. Abishek and Sunil Shetty commended that Kochi has no chance of winning agains MI. Commentators were also biased. But now the picture has changed. We are 4th now. Come on Kochi. Move on.
Re: Re: Re: Re: KOCHI ---- ZERO TO HERO!!!
by nizar tp on Apr 19, 2011 01:38 PM
But Ravi can't announce sachin as "man of the match". the game was only half way at that point. I mean Kochi was yet to bat.
10 dot balls out of 13 he faced in last 3 overs of T-20 match. Only player of dhoni ability can do it. Any other player could have been kicked out based on this but this guy is lukiest one. same he in 2008/2010 T-20 wcup when India lost all matches as dhoni batted slowly during crucial stage of match
Re: Dhoni medicore ability exposed again
by Jay on Apr 19, 2011 11:54 AM
Because of commercial sponsors he is above everyone and everything. If it was Tendulkar, people would have been all over him. That is the Indian public, no wonder, they have been exploited for decades.
CSK will definitely bounce back in the remaining matches to come.Remember they have not played Pune,Deccan,Rajastan,Delhi yet ( Mumbai leave alone).CSK will be on the top 4 its sure.Out of 4 games they have won 2 comfortably.Wait and see
Re: Dont take CSK for granted
by ASHISH KUMAR on Apr 19, 2011 11:38 AM
As long as politician dhoni there no hope for CSK. Any big hitter wil hit 30 runs in 13 balls in last 3 overs but this guy scored 13 runs. He clicks only once in 40 matches & burden for any team as a batsman
Re: Re: Re: Dont take CSK for granted

Media & fool like Varun can make any zero to hero in one day. Thats encourages medicrocy in our country

You will never change. Remain the same dumazz. Ever wondered why India never made it big consistently ? Due to people like you.
Re: Re: Dont take CSK for granted
by Jay on Apr 19, 2011 11:46 AM
Dhoni is not a great batsman. He simply blocks or gets beaten on those deliveries, which he can not hit. He wated more than 10 deliveries yesterday. He is having some other agenda than team's win.
Re: Re: Re: Dont take CSK for granted
by Jay on Apr 19, 2011 11:49 AM
If you see his past 3 years, one thing is obvious. He is playing well in ODIs, though there also he spoils the game by promoting himself (World cup final is an exception). He spoils T20 innings, as he did in the last T20 World cup.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Dont take CSK for granted
by Varun on Apr 19, 2011 12:06 PM
Only one thing is obvious. Your hate for him. But sorry you are going to have to eat your words again. Am sure you are pretty used to it now. hehe.
Re: Dont take CSK for granted
by Varun on Apr 19, 2011 11:39 AM
Oh they will. They are a good team. Anyways nobody wins all IPL matches. Chennai needs to sort out the issues as always. They will peak at the right time. But kochi looks very good. Nice team.
Re: Re: Re: Dont take CSK for granted
by Varun on Apr 19, 2011 12:05 PM
lol. Good joke. There is also something called bowlers. When a bowler bowls in the right areas to a batsman, there is little one can do. You will get it some day.
doni...dont blam rain...it is you who is the cause..
CSK is not even going to reach next level...DONI'S plan....1.GO UP THE ORDER AND WASTE AS MANY BALLS AS POSSIBLE AND DONT ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TO GET THE STRIKE 2.BOWL MORKEL FOR FIRST 3 OVERS SO THAT OPPOSITION WOULD GET THE PRACTICE TO HITS SIXES AND 4S...3.WHENEVER OPPOSITION IS STRUGGLING TO GET RUNS ASK THE WEAK BOWLER TO BOWL
Re: Re: doni
by india on Apr 19, 2011 11:33 AM
in 13 balls he faced doni had 11 dot balls....what cricket is this...is he the world call batsman...he just a lucky guy ..nothing beyond...
Re: Re: Re: doni
by Gladiator on Apr 19, 2011 11:37 AM
thats becuase he kept last 3 overs for big hitting which got lost due to rain..didnt you read his comments...rest 17 overs has no significance for him...poor guy he lost that 3 overs in rain...sob, sob..
Re: Re: Re: doni
by ASHISH KUMAR on Apr 19, 2011 11:41 AM
D-hobi is always lucky & medicore batsman who cclicks one in 40 matches against weak bowling which any tom dick & harry can do. But his cricketing & batting ability is very limited. He is only good in manipulating ability.
