Test Cricket is test of patience, T20 Cricket is test of nerves, In Test you have a lot of time and you get a second chance, In T20 you are short of time and dont get any second chance.
Both of them have their flavor. Its immature to criticize any one of them. Infact I like to watch all three forms of the game - Test, One Day and T20.

I am against any format which have restrictions on bowlers, fielders or batsmen. T20 just favours the batters, so that there will be plenty of 6s and 4s to please the crowd. It kills the fight between the batters and bowlers.

wrong! its due to the stupidity of the persons involved in pitch preparation than the format. Recently we have had some close matches with target as low as 120. Who da f*ck said its only 4s and 6s that rule t20? a real cricket fan will enjoy any match as long as it goes down to the last ball or over.
Again its the stupidity of management to assume that only 4s and 6s bring good crowd.
M.Holding shouldn't comment without playing any T-20. Yes T-20 doesn't test a player skill, patience etc but T-20 checks a players mental strength. T-20 requires different kind of skills which Pollard have.
Well Said Micheal. It (the T20 World Cup and IPL in particular)has become a platform for the world wide cricket betters. IPL has virtually become a stage to money launderers and coverting the loads of black money into white by the Franchisee owners and IPL Officials. This form of cricket needs to be banned at the earliest for the better future of cricket.

He hasnt seen Pollard playing in the IPL still he criticizes him. Ha!!! what to say abt him....
seems he is hving some personal issues with something...

Holding didn't see the T20 World Cup. Pollard is from West Indies and it is likely that Holding has seen him play.
Holding should bowl in IPL. I have not seen him but i am sure his average will be 12 runs/per over. He may be scared of current bowlers. Hlding was great when there were no good batsman in the world
why he said pollard is not cricketer without watching t20...generally ppl praise test cricket and prefer to watch t20...no one has time...may be holding has lot time to watch test cricket after retirement

Sudhakar:
You are right. Michael Holding knows nothing about cricket compared to "experts" like you... ;-) And thanks for letting us know that Test cricket is not real cricket anyway.... maybe that's why we hold the #1 position in only that format, coz its not real cricket.... eh? :)

This guy didnt get his share of the pie in the Allen Stanford fiasco, where everyone was fighting to each, their own...
Now, he's venting out his frustration on successful T20 players. To say T20 is not cricket is acceptable, but to say a good T20 player is NOT EVEN a cricketer is a inexcusably immature!

Because T20 players also play other forms of cricket. To not call them cricketers is not acceptable. Blame the game, not the players.

giving respect doesn't mean blindly following what they say. even they can also be wrong. its his personal opinion. when 1day intl was introduced it had the same reaction from others. i know holding has his share of opinion but he should not criticize any player without even seeing him play. thats an immature act.
