I am very surprised how easily we brand pakistani cricketers, their cricket board, and their entire nation as a rag tag banana republic while conveniently forgetting that our sporting gods have let us down equal or more number of times and many had to be shown the door. Pakistan is where India was in the Mid to late nineties when we had our own tantrum divas and senior-junior-salaam thoko attitude for many players like azhar, kapil, prabhakar, sidhu etc who felt the rules never applied to them and always had people like Jaywant lele or chandu borde or dalmiya who always ensured these guys were picked. Lets not take a holier than thou attitude. Our glorious men have also been caught with their hands in the match fixing, ball tampering, knockouts in the dressing room brawls etc. It is only after corporates got into the game and threw more money at the players than the bookies that our team got a "finished" look. Let us not kid ourselves into thinking our champs play for the country, I havent seen anyone willing to play for free including Sachin, then why the stupid talk of pakis are selfish and we are not etc?? Accepted their house is a mess, but why rub our hands in glee and smirking at their misery. Shows a defeatist mentality on our part. Before anyone clamors and calls me a paki or any rabid expletive, I am Indian, live and work in bangalore and was born in Karnataka. I am a supporter of good cricket and cricketers and would love to see administrators

What u wann to listen man! Do u wann to listen what Younis said to Yousuf..and vice versa..
Do u wann a recorded tape of the fight that happend during the whole tour.Where were u during the Fights?
And Why not u make ur controversies public?? What u and others did with Akram that laid the foundation to these players who were Younger at that time. So they are doing the same things..
Donn worry Waqar, Still they are better than you in terms of Match Fixing,Politics and Fighting..

Abhay Kumar:
Are we allowed to have a logical discussion on this forum with your kind permission? :)
The first step could be (and this is a mere humble suggestion) to read the above article if that fits in with your usually busy schedule? :)
Of course you can ignore my suggestion (coz you don't have time) and continue posting your "exceedingly intelligent cricketing comments" .... we will be very obliged to keep reading them as a suitable alternative to reading any other informative articles or quotes by anyone remotely connected with cricket...
After all we must respect the walking encyclopaediae of cricket like you who adorn this forum from time to time... :)
