Hasan Raza at 14 years and 227 days is the youngest, sachin is fourth youngest ,starting at the age of 16 years and 205 days

Yeah , in porkistan they start counting the kids age after he starts to speak. i cannot imagine Shahid Afridi in his 20's. Like geffory boycott once told , if Afridi is 18 something that I am still in my 30's :P
