it seems tough as batting is a bit weak now. only 3 proven batsman- gambheer, yuvraj n dhoni and yusuf upto some extent r going for the tour.

rohit is having good temparament n technique bt he could nt proved himself except 1-2 occasion. i hopes he will show his best in this tour as he will enough time to bat in the absence of sachin,sehwag n raina.

There is no player in the team whom we can say out of the four matches will do definately well in 3 matches or will certainly do well in two matches .Most of them may be they will do well in one match .With such probability it will be great if we draw the series forget about winning . All the same being Indian and like my country to win .Best Luck to the boys.

Zeng these players hv proved themselve on NZ tour. so its nt selection its the performance of selected n proved player which cost india.
The selection of the 15-strong team was done in London on June 19 and the rest of the team members, led by Mahendra Singh Dhoni, have already reached Jamaica and started practising after India's early elimination from the ICC World T20 competition in England.

the news doesnt say other team members are still in UK, probably there is no direct flight and the board originally thought the whole team will go together after T20 semis (board hoped that india would qualify)..... the rest of the squad went ahead and these guys are stuck with some paper work.... thats the news

He colud have written 2nd,3rd and 4th on 28,3 & 5 april respectivley.It looks and sounds better.

BCCI and Lalit Modi will arm-twist ICC to change July to April from here on in all their calendars.
