Wasim Akram can not say this is a tribute to Pak democracy.

When India chased 406 v WI in 1976, our commentator shouted "Indira Gandhi Zindabad!".

Pakistan Army is fighting the Taliban with tooth and nail towards remarkable success. So where is wrong if one dedicates this victory to its honour????

He should have dedicated it to all the paki terrorists, who have been spreading hatred and violence throughout the world. They are the best at this.

Their mentor was in England

Wasim Akram was the master of pulling off acts like these. He and Javed Miandad were the masters of match fixing, ball tampering and other cheap acts only Pakis are capable of doing.

final was fixed!!!!
by Jeetendra kalan on Jun 22, 2009 03:37 PM  | Hide replies

You peoples are happy with the results
but my dear poor cricket lovers that final was fixed very early
Almost all matches of super eight were fixed and it is already decided that pak will win the cup...

few questions about the final

how comes dilshan out so easily by an unexperience bowler?

mubarak also out on zero?

Mahela jaywardhane was on the ground but not in the match

how comes shahid afridi played well in last two matches only and not in the complete turnamate he got duck (0) two times...

last time defeding champion India never win a single match of super eight how comes?

the decisions took by dhoni can not be justify by any one here

Cricket is not a game now it is becoming a money making machine for bookies, underworld and politian like sharad pawar...

it is hard to digest but it is true

a former cricket lover...

chill dear...lets mind our own business. These sportsmen earn astronomical figures while we scrape our asses to make the ends meet. Just watch the game without giving any undue importance, irrespective of the team playing, be it India..

first of all mate u have no idea on wht u talkin abt..jus coz india dint win a single match doesnt mean the matches were fixd..if u are or were a cricket lover and know nethin about cricket u wouldnt be saying all this..
how did dilshan get out by an inexperienced bowler?
listen homeboy in cricket any bowler can get any batsman out..if u saw the game they wre balling with a plan..if cricket was about experienced players only then how did shane warne ball the "ball of the century" on his debut??? how did wasim akram win the 1992 worldcup for PAK..how did afridi score the fastest century on debut??how was sachin a success right from his teens when he started playing for india..
u seem to be a die hard indian fan but not a sensible sports person..

ICC not able to digest the win of pak
by Rohit Madan on Jun 22, 2009 03:36 PM  | Hide replies

pak is now a talented team.
they reached final last time
and got the cup this time. so there is no fluke case. they are the real champ of 20-20 format. they are the truely deserving team. they beat unbeatable team like SA. and other matches to reach finals and finally the cup. all the best to them.

but my dear yonis, the question of playing in pakistan does not arise ? u shud forget that any country will come to pak and play cricket. that will never going to be happen.

well said...lets stick to just cricket and pak won lets appreciate that....yes pakistan still remains a volatile territory and there is no way teams can go there...also no way India Pak bilateral cricket series should be resumed till things become cordial between the two countries again.
