ICL T 20 Matches
by unique ram on Nov 21, 2008 02:02 PM  | Hide replies

Rediff will not any thing about ICL games as it is explained here of Aus & Newzealand game.

ICL plays in India and Rediff [All Media] never cares for it. But this test match playing at Brisbane, Australia rediff gives so much importance. Shame on Rediff.

It has got nothing to do with BCCI and rediff being neutral should update all the stories on Cricket across the Globe whether it is ICL or IPL or whatever

Look like cricket is on the down turn most cricketing nations moving away from cricket !
by Mohammed imran on Nov 21, 2008 01:34 PM  | Hide replies

With rules more and more favouring Batsmen and pitches being manufactured Quality bowlers are becoming extint !
1.West indies have not generated a pace bowler after garner retired and most of their youths play basketball !
2.England in the last 15 years created a talent in Kevin piterson that too import from SA . English men are other wise engrossed in Fotball !
3.Pakistan is having bigger political issues to solve internally than play cricket it looks like
4.Bangladesh kenya and Zimbawae have been lost in the BUD !
5. This leaves Criket being plaed seriously by only India , Australlia , Srilanka and S.A . Ans India Looks geared for NO 1 SPOT.

Indians can really cheer for India

Nz is no India - I am so optimistic
by Raj the Great on Nov 21, 2008 01:26 PM  | Hide replies

If India would have been there at that situation Indian score might have read 750 / 6 Decl. Laxman 189 and Sachin 256 both Not out.

Ricky and Symonds Golden ducks in Second inn. Ind would win the match by Innings and 300 .

Oh God we missed it. It is not India but Nz, who are also in so poor form

2nd day play end
by The Goal on Nov 21, 2008 01:19 PM  | Hide replies

38th over: Australia 6/131 (Katich 67, Haddin 6)
In what could be the last over of the day, Katich on drives Martin superbly for four to move to 66. He takes a single late in the over and with Haddin surviving the last ball of the day, Australia leads by 189 with 4 wickets left.
Wow what an action packed day, Australia did well to dismiss NZ for just 156 and the Kiwis are still right in it thanks to some good bowling and indifferent batting. Tomorrow could be the last day of the match - so please stick with us for more coverage of this Test which has been played at a frenetic pace.
