Keep a bench strength of atleast 6/7 Fast bowlers. Send VRV Singh, Pankaj Singh, Balaji, even Ashish Nehra & more youngsters to the MRF Foundation to correct their actions, make them add strength / muscle and retain the suppleness needed to sustain them thru the rigors of so much cricket.
Keep rotating the Fast Bowlers among the 8/10 Fast Ishant Sharma, S Sreesanth, R P Singh, Zaheer Khan, Irfan Pathan, Munaf Patel, etc. so that they retain their fitness and India has a fresh bunch of Fast bowlers to stare at the opposition all the time.
Be on the lookout for tall, athletic boys at the under 15/16 and under 19 levels, pick them up and send them to the experts at Bangalore & Chennai to polish them up.

kabhi koi apna anjan ho jata hai, kabhi kisi anjan se pyaar ho jata hai,ye jaruri nahi ki jo khusi de usi se pyaar ho,dil todne walon pe bhi dil nisar ho jata hai.
Yes I agree with Mr. or Mrs.Ashwani on what he commented. We have a great bunch of injured fast bowlers, eg.,Zaheer,Ishant,R.P.Singh,sreesanth,Irfan & Munaf who are great for the moment but getting injured now and then. Could there be any way this bowlers are protected and groomed to beat the world champions and even Aashish Nehra who decimated england and pakistan in 2003 is always a candidate of injury. Could BCCI do something to look after this bunch of talented players for the best future of india
