Poor umpiring in 2nd Test Match at Sydney
by Dilip Dash on Jan 07, 2008 12:16 PM  | Hide replies

Inspite of having advanced technology, the field umpire took decision after asking the fielding side. When a high profile match is on, ICC should advice the umpire to take the help of technology when there is a controversy/doubt before raising their fingure which not only demoralise the batsman but also hurt the sentiment of number of people of the country. Mr Gavaskar while commentry very rightly said "It is nonsense" when the catch of DADA was grounded and the umpire raised his fingre after consulting Ricky Ponting. Perhaps the umpire & ICC are afraid of World No. 1 team (Australia). Neither BCCI is doing good for Indian cricket player nor protesting strongly on this matter. Now it is time for all our veteran/previous players to join hands to remove the money minded people (officials of BCCI)who in their life have not hold cricket ball and controling the cricket. Shame on BCCI for not protesting strongly. They should have taken strong decision by calling back the team from Australia and should take up with other cricket playing nation also to boycot Australia who are not playing the game of cricket with gentleman spirit.

What a bunch of sore losers! And now they are going to pack up their bat and ball and go home. Typical. Hope they do so, and get fined a bundle by the ICC as well - thats if the ICC finally has the guts to stand up to a sub-continental team.

Shame on Aussie Cricket Team & Usless Umpires
by Sharanabasavaraj Patil on Jan 07, 2008 12:13 PM

Very bad 2 c cricket on the ground. Even the umpires r 2 b penalised for which Bajji has been banned for 3 matches without strong proof. Its better 2 withdraw the series with Aussies. Great would be if u withdraw. BCCI shud appeal ICC n shud support Bajji. . . . . . . . . . . .

How can we summarize their victory..??
by rajnish bhatnagar on Jan 07, 2008 12:09 PM

They had recognized that Sir S. Buckner%u2019s decisions were false. The reply is in their answer that the Aussi's Won match must also be tied or suspended. When the buckner is kept away from the tour - how can they summarize their victory. It means Match must also be draw or tie

Australian Cricketers
by Aussie Ki Taise on Jan 07, 2008 12:07 PM  | Hide replies

they cheated us by intentionally appealing catches..and not walking out..wen they know they r out...and later they accuse a bhajji of racism and force the match refree to hand over a 3 match man on bhajji without any conclusive evidence ..and later their captain humiliate a indian journalist during the post match press conference ..and to make it worse..brad hogg abuses dhoni and kumble out of sheer frustration of not getting wicket in the last session of the final day

on 6th January 2008...Australian cricketers killed the sportsmanship in cricket...and cheated on their way to record their 16th consecutive win
