Stop Bogus Cricket, Focus Other Sports
by Guest on Aug 24, 2008 09:27 PM  | Hide replies

How many times India plays with Sri Lanka, Pak, Aus etc in a year? The absolutely boring and bogus cricket with same boring characters repeats year long. Time to focus on other sports as India performs best ever in recent Beijing Olympic with one gold and two bronzes. Hey India, you have enough sports geniuses, please stop bogus cricket, find the sports geniuses, pay attention to them and get ready to glorify yourself in font of the world! Chuk De India in 2012 London Olympic. My warmest congratulation to Indian Olympic Heroes !!

totally agreed. other sports need attention which will bring in the sponsors.
like dhoni sachin = 70 crs. if this 70 cr is distrubuted between our 56 olympians, then the country willl produce 100 abhinav, vijender and sushil for olympics 2012.

Christans are afraid of playing in an Islamic Teritorry
by satyarthi on Aug 24, 2008 07:49 PM  | Hide replies

Whenever a sports event is proposed to be hosted by an Islamic state, christans are increasingly reluctant to play there. Still they politically and financially support such countries so that they can keep others in disturbed mode.

Muslim borders are changing their 'monikar (names) on hourly basis to condemn others for speaking truth.
They don't like others to display their religious affliation on their chests. When it comes to them a professional cricketer like Sohaib mullik speaks on live camera on behalf of WHOLE ISLAMIC WORLD.

OT: Indian humor at the UN
by Suraj Singh on Aug 24, 2008 07:46 PM  | Hide replies

An ingenious example of speech and politics occurred recently in the United Nations Assembly that made the world community smile.

A representative from India began: 'Before beginning my talk I want to tell you something about Rishi Kashyap of Kashmir, after whom Kashmir is named.

When he struck a rock and it brought forth water, he thought, 'What a good opportunity to have a bath.'

He removed his clothes, put them aside on the rock and entered the water.

When he got out and wanted to dress, his clothes had vanished. A Pakistani had stolen them.'

The Pakistani representative jumped up furiously and shouted, 'What are you talking about? The Pakistanis weren't there then.'

The Indian representative smiled and said, 'And now that we have made that clear, I will begin my speech.'

Pakistan and Cricket
by BALA R on Aug 24, 2008 07:15 PM

What other world bodies have have failed to do is done by South African Team supported by ICC. They have indirectly stated that Pakistan is a "Rogue State" with ISI and democracy in place. As one can see already there is problem selecting/electing President in Pakistan! More attacks are to follow under current poltical climate! Hostory has never been wrong!Q Pakistan doesn't deserve democracy ! The current key poltical leader Nawaz Sheriff is a sympathiser of Taliban. ISI is happing happy days, Dawood is enjoying accommodation in Pakistan. How one will dare to go there to play Cricket? Those supporting Cricket there must go to watch Cricket in Pakistan, if they have guts. South Africa is not money hungry BCCI. They have done what BCCI could not do. It is intersting to note ICC is supporting to call Pakistan a "Terror State"!!! Unless many more come forward to treat Pak and Pakis this way, there will be no light at the end of the tunnel!!!-Bala, Canada
