Dhoni being communicative with the players is bound to improve as a Captain of the Indian cricket team. He should also consult the senior players while field placing and change of bowlers and even batting order. All the best to him. He should be observant and judge the strengths and weaknesses of his players.

True mr.Ananth, would u expect the BCCI bosses would give Dhoni that much space to act independently with the support of team members. BCCI is as worst as Muncipal Corporation of a Metro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
