for me sachin scoring 1000 runs or 8 ducks doesnt matter. i would prefer india winning. country is above than individuals.
it seems that media has no agenda left...Now everytime India is going to tour any country Media keep flashing Sachin Last tour of this particular country..Can Media tell me whether Sachin has secretly told them about his retirement plan..he is 34 and he can play till 38 atleast it means he can still go all those countries once agagin...So media please stop it and don;t spread false news..

history and statistics have always shown that australia always scored more than 500 runs in the first innings. for india to win u need 5 attacking & aggrasive bowlers to stop them from scoring that first innings 500. unless u do that india will lose. still australia with 4 bowlers are stronger than india having 5 bowlers.
India did well in the recent series against Pakisatn. On the last tour to Australia they gave the hosts a real fight. This could probably be the last tour for Sachin in Australia. And the spotlight I think would be not just on his batting but also on umpiring. We have seen time and again a lot of decisions have been given against Sachin in tests and ODI's. The moment he starts doing well he is given out by a wrong umpiring decision. Wat baffels us is that inspite of the technology available the umpires would not use it. Lets hope that this time the umpiring standards would be high and Sachin would not be given out in any controversial manner.

Likes of hariharan and amish saheba have been equally bad for India in the odi's...atleast aleem dar and rudi are many notches better...lets not crib about umpiring...cricket still is a team game...not all in the 11 get bad decisions always...

Yes, the umpires will help beat India by 25% the OZ's the other 75%. There will hardly be any bad decisions for OZ bowlers and batsmen. Even neutral umpires in Australia are afraid of Australian crowd.

Your test team has only one recognized (?) spinner in Kumble. Better include Murli Kaarthik/Harbajan and RP can be 12th man.

Murali Karthik is not in squad to Australia.Anyhow,there the pitches r not that helpful to spinners,so i don't think there is a need for second spinner in the team.Maybe v can try Harbhajan in Sydney test,which is the only pitch where there is some help for tweakers.
