our think tanks stink like an ass.. Dravid's majestic 12 run innings in 96 balls deserves a wisden entry... i feel sick being an indian fan..they wont let themselve win!
Its stupid to say as if the INDIAN TEAM doesnot know anything.The bowlers were quite tired after working hard, they couldnot keep it till they are refreshed , that s what made the change in decision, You can give your best when only you are full recharged.Well this time the tail also did their batting too, the decision was justified.Dont worry we will win this match as well as series.The team also consits of humanbeings, People sitting in A/C dont know the real situation out there.Hope this well be a message.INDIA WILL THIS MATCH AS WELL AS THIS SERIES.
Now we have a peek into why india chose not to follow on from Borde's words:
(i)Bowlers were tired (ii)Batting would have tough on Day 5 (iii)Indian captain was confused like everybody else in his thinktank about the pitch, his batsmen and bowlers ability to confront difficult conditions and disregard physical and mental fatigue for a rare win.
(iv) The team is right now tired of cricket and wants a booze party instead to celebrate series win 1-0
It is not something related to cricket sense, but I felt something to do with the genes (genetic make up).
Indian think tank does not have anyone who has got genes encoding "vision" and "positive energy".
They made negative tactics, they behaved negatively, they performed negatively,and moreover, they defended negative vibes amongst them.
Indian could have never been defeated after following on England. You can get a team ndia out in one or two sessions even on the fifith day. But the think tank (mostly of Dravid, Borde, Vengsarkar, Sachin and???) was pathetic in their thinking even creating a fear amongst themselves for an outside chance of England wining. Worst, is the late dclaration, so as to allow England, to easily play for a draw, from what could have been a probable wining situations.
If this is vision Indian cricket for next few years, I am better call it as a "cowardice attitude and timid approach"
disgusting man....just imagine vaughan in dravids place...he would have enforced the follow on and india would have been 5-200 after day 4.....our mentality ..play it safe ..its ok in bed ...but not in cricket field....and in bed we r the unsafest....so largest aids population ...no doubt those goras ruled us for so long..and before that those mughals...
