Well said Ganguly. Every player should earn a place in the team based on his performance only. But that has not been the case in the past. Unless, this requirement is established, all the talks od disciplining etc., is just a sales talk. Today all the teams are so professional in their approach that every player has to be clear that he has to perform and keep performing consistently. One does not get a berth based on the historical statistics only. Best wishes for Ganguly to make a come back as "a player" he has been known to be, through his performance. Mohan.
