I have seen Sairaj play for Reigate Priory ( team in Surrey, UK). He has exceptionally performed well for the 2003 season, and he also excelled in the Challenger series too.
A good joke-Bahutule turning the ball a mile (sounds like Shane Warne !!!)- he is in fact not at all a big turner of the ball, neither is his 27 plus average in domestic cricket a flattering one. He is a good Ranji player, not international material. Amit Mishra is far more impressive and a bigger turner of the ball.

Absolutely correct.People like Bahutule are good for domestic cricket only.He is far too predictable as a bowler and does not deserve to be in the indian team. The truth is kumble has become highly ineffective, bahutule is a true mediocre and amit mishra still very raw.India is in desperate need of a good leggie.
There are few who should be selected: 1) Bahutule 2) Dravid 3) Badani 4) Sriram 5) Zaheer 6) Bhandari 7) Kumble 8) Patel If some one doesn't perform take him out of the team even it is Sachin,Ganguly ,dravid....
Bahutule had an oppurtunity against Australia in 2001 but was unsuccessful. He was able to take only one or two wickets while Harbhajan was taking over 35 wickets. Bahutule was also disappointing as a batsman. As fas as poor Sairaj is concerned he is not in the test league and his chances are very remote as the young Amit Mishra will always be chosen ahead of Bahutule even if Kumble retires. Only hope seems to be on Bahutule's side.
