The problem with Indian team is they dont have Plan B. Just if some plan goes awry then shd pick -up other plan and execute. This is the comman sense management mantra not only used in Corporate circles but also by Australian Team. How many times we say theeir top order gone but some how, some one down the order clicks.
For example, we loose 4 quick wickets..we invariably tend to panic and lose the match. But the Coach shd execute his planB by doing some thing different...some thing like asking Rahul to play his test cricket and stick for more time. So we not only need hitters but also some one who can stick around.

ya. absolutely. u need a game plan to win againt Sri Lanka. Sangakkara performs well against India in every match. Although Dravid is a wall in terms of batting, he is very poor in taking wise decisions on the field. He is a non-thinking captain.
