India Vs. Sri Lanka
by Rakesh Sharma on Mar 22, 2007 02:58 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Ajit Agarkar has dismissed Jayasuriya and Sangkara the most number of times. He is the most successful Indian bowler against the Sri Lankans.
HE HAS TO BE IN THE TEAM ANY COST.

Some people have been repeatedly writing about his failures in the first two ODIs. 79 runs in Twenty overs @3.95 runs per over and 3 wickets at an average of 26.33 inspite of the catches dropped by Ganguly and Harbhajan are not bad figures. Some experts may have felt that he should have taken some early breakthroughs but it doesn't happen every time. He is surely going to take some wickets in the gams against Sri Lanka.

you must be kidding me. agarkar is not a real material. India is wasting one place by using him in every match. Infact we're playing with 9 players in everymatch. I am including sehwag as well. Irfan should be included for the match against srilanka.

if we go by the averages, then each time India should score more than 250... which never happens...statistics count only on paper...

but to win the world cup, one needs to be a all round performer.. AGARKAR CAN NOT BAT.. in fact not a single bowler can..
