Remember when the West Indies team refused to go to SL to play their matches because of "security concerns" despite being promised by the then president of SL that the same security would be given to them as heads of state?
What do the West Indies cricket board have to say now about the security in their own country? No wonder Indian team is accompanied by NSG personnel!

The act of WI made them forfeit points and made ICC to bring strict rules for teams forfeiting any match. This made SL won that world cup in 1996.
