Why we can't just think about progress and the future of Gujarat. And see what we can do the best for our matrubhumi regardless of party. However, I wanted to make sure that no one from outsiders is leading our country. So Sonia is definitely out and congress need to find out better leader. Even in USA the presidential candidate must be born in USA. Other thing is lets see and compare what progress has nation and its regions has made. It is true that time has changed and country will go forward but what about the number of years we have lost since freedom. Religious is always part of politics but we have to calculate the pros and cons of overall benefits. Think about a non-christian is becoming a president or governor of any state in USA. It is not possible (Bobby is practicing a christianity now a days). Just few thoughts to share with all of you for the better future of Gujarat as well as nation.

Sonia sensed that sentiments and withdrew from PM's race. Any Indian other than her would not had let go the opportunity. Even a day in PM's office is a dream. The latest example is yediruappa in Karnataka, without majority he was CM for less than a week.

Please note the correct status on both fronts. 1. Sonia did not sense it on her own, but was sensitized by Dr. Kalam. The result, MMS became PM, Sonia the backseat driver. But, Kalam who deserved to be re-elected was out of favour with Congresss. 2. Yediyurappa had the support of 120 odd members - JD(S) gave letter to the Governor and even paraded their MLAs in front of the President of India. After all that, they tried to blackmail Yediyurappa. And when he did not oblige, they party issued a whip to vote against him. This was the worst sort of betrayal of public trust by a party. Today, Devegowda and his family are looked down upon by most of the public, press and intellectuals. Their party is split, more and more are leaving them due to public anger against what Devegowda and his family did to BJP / yediyurappa.
