There should be new group who will work only on developement of whole nation, they will support the upcomig scientists, innovators. At the same time we should charge 250% living charges to the persons who had left their native for the sack of money. In this way we can prevent outsiders to entered in hoe destroying the oppertunities of the local persons.

Though I ama Modi fan, I don't think it is his due to his efficiency. He just got lucky about terrorists. He or admin shd not be complacent. Anthing can happen at any time. India has so many terorist sleep cells - they will sooner or later will lauch attack on Guj and Modi in particular and Hindus and India in general
