Many hard-core criminals are become free by courts due to lack of evidence. 1992 mumbai blast criminal Izzu Sheikh is free now. we all know that he ia a real criminal.Our judiciary is not capable. Encounter is a good solution. So encounter of sohrabuddin is justified.

Dear Himanshu Bhai It is better to ask question to Modi's party BJP who is 'pseudo secular' after Jinnah issue? And why they are projecting Advani as NDA's candidate as PM? Ask Modi why his party BJP freed hard core terrorist after Kandhar aeroplane hijack and later they attacked our parliament. It is our national shame that a India's foreign minister go with them and handover the terrorist to their boss. 1992 mumbai blast is really sad for us and it is bad that some accused criminals are moving free now. But it was 'kriya ki pratikriya' in the language of Modi's supporter after Babri masjid issued whose main culprits are BJP leaders who are also moving free. Is it not shame for us even after knowing that this leaders are cultprits? For your kind information Sohrabudding is not a terrorist, he is just a crimininal who was doing 'Vasooli' for some leaders of Rajasthan and Gujrat. And when he became dangerous for them they killed him. Sohrabuddin's family member were workers of BJP party. Do you know that? I think you better understood now?

Absolutely true you should hear stories on both the sides , but the irony is in Gujarat people are forced to believe on what Modi says. The other half is unheard, by just branding them as unworthy to be heard. The honorable Supreme Court had to intervene to reopen or reinvestivate at least 2000 cases. Media reporting other side of the story was blacked out banned terrorized and attacked. It is this attempt and partial success that adds Modi on the list of NERO, HITLER and their league.

Sometimes the whole country will be made to think that way. That is what Hitler did with Germany. He was elected with more than 90% voting for him. Was Germans wrong absolutely yes, and rest is history. Of recent this is what Milosovic did to Serbia. Along with the list is what Modi did to Gujaratis.

If a minister or a politician carries unlicensed weapons, it is for their safety, irrespective of religion. But when an ordinary person posses such weapons they area branded as nationlists if they are Hindus, terrorists if they are Muslims and Naxal if they are tribals or belong to any other group.
