law for RTI activist Protection , this is not the first incident related to RTI activist...

Please lagislate law and proper protection to RTI activist...

If you have qaulified jurists and executives to protect the existing laws that would be more than adequate to avoid these sort of criminal activities. Creating new laws will further add new source of income for jurists, police and executives as those are real rot for these criminal activities. Unless people avenge to take protection of themselves, our system rules and regulations will not be implemented by heart.

Instead, would be good if government minimizes the risk by liberalising RTI information through applications online. Currently , RTI activist needs to go through laborious process including DD's at specific locations to get highlighted what RTI activist is trying to access. Its another way to trap RTI activists what they are looking for to be scapegoats....
