In the top 5 development CMs of India, 3 are from BJP, 1 from BJD and only 1 from Congress (that too Assam!!)!! Any views on that?

Hitler, Sadaam also developed the countries by looting and killing.

Development is high in those nations at that period.

How citizens are feeling ?

Yes; the Congis got 206 seats in 2009; not even a simple maj0rity. The cobbled up a Ministry by buying up MPs from smaller parties. Really great achievement!!!
