There was a report in The Indian Express a few days back that Evangalist (self-styled Bishop) from Kerala, Mr. Yohannan has amassed wealth to the tune of Rs. 1000 Crores (yes one thousand crores). Religion is big business.

Not necessarily. A couple of my friends have converted from hinduism to christianity simple because they were convinced. The preachers do a good job.

Some preachers maybe gay. The fact is that they are trained preachers and know how to convince. I have seen 2 of my friends who began by just listening and then gradually agreeing and then believing.

Yes, that is their usual method. They go from door to door looking for preys. A few months back a couple belonging to the Jehova's Witness (one sect of Christianity) came to even our door steps (in an upper middle class locality).
