One possible simple reason for the SIMI-chaps targetting rajahsthan, Jaipur in particular, for blasts,could be that, the SIMIs, who have dominant presence in Hyderabad and Bangalore, find, to their discomfiture, that, in the IPL scores, the Rajahsthan Royals are on the top with 14 points, while the hyderabad and bangalore teams are both at the bottom with 4 points only. A smart mind in the intelligence bureau could have anticipated this and prevented it also.

SIMI are associates Mulayam Singh Yadav, Amar Singh and others in Samajwadi Party. When Police got after them in Lucknow, SP cadres fought with SIMI against Police.
Time to arrest Maulayam Singh and others of SP, put them to Narco and brain mapping tests to unearth SIMI terrorists.
