Koran or no Koran, religion has nothing to do with earthquakes.
Earthquakes have been occurring on earth long before any religion was conceived.
They have been happening from the dawn of earth.
From millions of years Koran and other religions were not even there then.
Therefore Sod the myths or religion and come down to earth and reality.

Well said sheetal, Only when people are encountered with calamity, they think of god. Otherwise every act is self made. In china, value for human life is getting cheaper and cheaper. World has seen many mine accidents in china every year. Now it is turn of earth quake. I sympathise for the poor people.

what u are saying is true and is applicable to some peoples like Iraq,Afganistan,Africa etc. But Innocent people who died from earthquake are not goverened by the rules of your book.

My dear ashish singh the people of Iraq,Afghnistan,Africa etc are not responsible for the happenings in their country. Everyone knows who attacked Iraq in the name of weapons of mass destruction.
