Don't worry they are still on. China has tenancy to rebuild very fast. People chip in and help and do not stand aside and watch the fun as we do in India. We love to watch others misfortune. and then wait for some one else to help us. Chinese start straight away. Man,Woman, children every one who is capable of helping he;ps out.
